Arturo Flores

Arturo Flores is Associate Managing Director for the Community Development Division at CIBC Bank USA. He brings approximately 19 years of financial-industry experience, including previous service as a Business Banker with PNC Bank.

At CIBC, Arturo supports community-development initiatives and helps startup companies and small businesses improve their readiness for financing. His work focuses on promoting business growth and economic opportunity throughout Palm Beach County.

Arturo began his financial-services career in Washington, D.C., working in residential mortgage lending. He also hosted a Spanish-language radio program that educated the Hispanic community about credit and financial matters. Before entering banking, he served as operations manager for a garage-door manufacturing company, gaining valuable experience in business management and operations. He is committed to empowering entrepreneurs and creating positive change within the communities he serves.
